CUSTOM WORK
Can I rush order? I need these by a specific date.
​Please let me know when you need the order. It is usually possible to get it to you by the date you need with the wonders of overnight shipping. I have some items on hand that can go out immediately. If you need something specific, I charge a rush fee if I have to interrupt my work flow to make it (usually $5-20). If you are in the Austin, TX area, I can deliver.

Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting me for a refund, minus any processing fees. Custom order sales are final. Orders from the shop can be returned within 30 days for store credit.

I design my products and artwork to be functional and durable as well as beautiful. If there is a problem with your order, contact me right away and I will work to make it right.

Can I get one of your products in a different color scheme?
​Yes, I am happy to make my accessories in different colors. Just let me know what your needs are and I will match them as closely as possible. No extra charge.
Can you turn my photograph, drawing or idea into a quilt or accessory?

I would love to take a look and see. I take on a limited number of custom orders each year. Please email with the photograph or idea if you would like a quote for a custom design. Custom work is $60/hr, which usually works out to $100/sqft for quilted art. Cost varies with the amount of detail, so I can work with a variety of budgets. Custom work typically takes several weeks, but can be rushed for a fee.

What kind of items can I have custom made?
I have made custom quilted wall hangings, family trees, table runners and handbags. I have turned children's drawings into soft lovies, superhero capes, mug rugs, tooth fairy pillows and costumes. Just ask.

REPAIRS

Can you repair my damaged Crafty Monkey product? My dog ate my unicorn horn.

Things happen. I am happy to take a look and repair what I can. Please send a photo and I will let you know. If it looks possible, I will send you instructions and repair it for just the cost of shipping. Some damage is beyond repair. If this is the case, I offer a discount for a replacement.

Can you replace the elastic on my Crafty Monkey headband?
​
Elastic does not last forever. If the elastic in your headband or unicorn horn has stretched out or yellowed, I would be happy to replace it with fresh. It usually takes years for elastic to degrade, but I have been in business since 2002 and design my products to be durable, so I offer this service for no extra charge. You just pay for shipping.
