I quilt felt flowers onto a cotton headband base. 
 
I start by sewing an elastic headband out of soft cotton fabrics. I die cut and hand cut flowers in a variety of sizes and colors. And then quilt them onto the cotton headband so they will stay secure.

Adult is 21" unstretched and fits most teens and adults. XSmall is 19" unstretched and is best for kids or if you like a tighter fit.
